Our Mechanical Contracting Division provides the best in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing systems for all commercial businesses. We are the largest mechanical contractor with its home office in the Bangor area.

This part of Maine Energy, Inc. employs 25 people, including a full-time buyer to help supply the materials, three estimators who can offer complete breakdowns of the work performed and a project manager to help schedule the jobs so they get done on time and as efficiently as possible.

We have the capability to design complete systems and install them to meet owner requirements. Our office staff and service technicians average over 14 years of experience. All of our technicians are fully licensed through the state of Maine.

We've worked for commercial clients ranging from airport terminals to condominiums to high schools. Some of the clients we have been contracted by include Bangor International Airport, Filenes, Crossroads Shopping Center, Merrill Merchants Bank, Penobscot Job Corps, Unicel and the new Hermon High School. As you can see, we have handled projects of every description.
